1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarFlipper (the "Service"), available at car-flip-finder.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CarFlipper ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

CarFlipper is a car market analysis tool that helps users identify potentially undervalued vehicles across online marketplaces. The Service provides features including, but not limited to:

• Deal scoring based on market data and pricing models
• Price estimates and market value comparisons
• Listing alerts and notifications
• Historical pricing data and market trends

CarFlipper is not a marketplace. We do not facilitate, mediate, or participate in the buying or selling of vehicles. We do not process transactions, hold funds, or act as a broker or dealer. All information provided through the Service is for informational and analytical purposes only. Any purchasing decisions you make based on our data are made at your own risk and discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CarFlipper and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (such as saved searches or preferences). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data, pricing estimates, and deal scores, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Market conditions change rapidly, and listing data is sourced from third parties whose accuracy we cannot guarantee.

Our deal scores and price estimates are generated using algorithmic models and should be treated as analytical tools, not as definitive valuations. You should always conduct your own due diligence, including independent vehicle inspections and market research, before making any purchasing decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarFlipper and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service, including any reliance on deal scores, price estimates, or market data
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any vehicle purchase, sale, or transaction you enter into based on information from the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CarFlipper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
